Weather Policy

For dry rentals, if weather conditions are unsafe, customers may request a rain check with at least 48 hours' notice. Rain checks are valid for up to 365 days. For wet rentals, water must be turned off during severe weather, and the inflatable should not be used during lightning or high winds.

When will my rental be delivered and picked up?
Deliveries typically begin around 8:00 AM and may arrive up to three hours before your scheduled event start time. Pickup usually occurs around your event end time and may take place up to two hours later depending on our delivery schedule.

Do I need to supervise the obstacle course?
Yes. Customers are responsible for supervising all inflatables while they are in use. If you'd like additional assistance during your event, professional attendants can be added to your rental.

Can this obstacle course be set up on concrete?
Yes, but concrete installations require sandbags instead of stakes. Sandbags are available for an additional charge to ensure the inflatable is properly secured.
