When will my rental be delivered and picked up?
Deliveries typically begin around 8:00 AM and may occur up to three hours before your scheduled event start time. Pickup usually happens around your event end time and may occur up to two hours later depending on the delivery route.
Do I need to supervise the obstacle course?
Yes. Customers are responsible for supervising all inflatables during use. Attendants can also be added if you would like our team to manage the attraction during the event.
